I am a ux and ui designer with 12 years of experience working online, creating websites and apps for big brands. So I have the knowledge and skill set to apply it to my own online business once I get started.
Weaknesses:
Who do I sell to and where do I find these people? I want to know if I can make a good living out of this as well as fulfilling my passion. I currently earn well as a ux / ui designer but I want to transition into selling my art full time. Or having it sell itself while I still work as a ux / ui designer.

Strengths:
I express myself well verbally and in writing; I like to think that I have a close empathetic connection with my audience's psychology; I distill unfocused thoughts and feelings into succinct words/phrases that encapsulate my audience's expressive needs. I create my art/craft from this.
Weaknesses:
I am terrible at marketing, particularly social media consistency; I am terrible at sales and pricing; I need to develop more confidence that I can make this work. Other than that, I'm good....

Strengths:
1. I am a grown up. I work really hard, produce the work but also understand that I am very fortunate and that it is an extremely competitive industry. Nobody said this was supposed to be easy.
2. I am very tech savvy and do not need anyone to hold my hand in virtually all related tech skills.
3. I own all my own gear, ranging from multiple cameras, lighting, a studio, computers, large scale printers as well as a wood shop for framing etc. ie. I have no real restrictions... or excuses.
Weaknesses:
1. I am doing too many things. I do photography, sculpture and now starting with large scale paintings. I have 3 different websites. I live on a farm and am constantly building something or I am helping my wife with her fabulous new store.. but I am clearly too splintered and need to focus on actually selling the large bodies of work that I have created over the past 20 years.
2. I hate self promotion. I have always had an agent for my commercial work and I am simply not comfortable with how to not be the 2nd hand car dealer.
3. I am terrified. I want this more than anything. I just don't have the language or skill set.

2. Planning out for the rest of the year what direction I should go. I do want to be online with courses to sell to move my business so I can make money from where ever I am.
3. I am not good how to communicate with words to get my why theme into what is in it for them.

Great with tech and design -- I'm good at using photoshop to help design PDF's, splash pages, etc. I have a thorough understanding of my story and a lot of the content within my art -- I'm good at writing stories in an engaging way. I'm highly dedicated to my business and am able to try anything for it to succeed.
Weaknesses:
• I'm still having trouble finding and getting to know my ideal clients -- I think there may also be some personal and internal block I am facing. I'm not sure what challenge/struggle questions to be asking them.
• I feel like I have moments where my engagement plan might get stale because of the repetition. I haven't started any kind of optimization.
• I probably need help with time management. I tend to binge work on my art business.
