I’m one of the beneficiaries of Adam’s thoughtful process. I’d call it coaching, but I regard it more as a form of midwifery in which I am both the mother and the newborn. I’ve got a long way to go, but thanks to the way in which the first few steps are structured and carefully facilitated and customized by Adam, I feel more prepared and competent than ever before to move forward. I’m happy with my momentum and excited about my trajectory. I’ll say one more thing about Adam. He often refers to his own mentor and makes careful use of the lessons he’s learned and continues to learn. I very much appreciate how Adam’s pedagogical approach is grounded in life-long learning.
How wonderful, Paul! It’s such a pleasure to connect with Adam and members of his community as what he offers is not only important to artists but essential to maintain the kind of growth necessary to evolve and serve those you’re meant to serve. Thank you for the thoughtful comment!
